Why did a patient from Germany choose dental treatment at DentOP?
Our patient returned to the dental clinic after a past experience that had deeply affected him. Some time ago, all the teeth in his lower jaw were ground down and covered with a fixed restoration. Recently, however, half of the old work began to move and eventually failed. With missing molars in the upper jaw as well, he knew it was time to make a major decision for his dental health.
Although he lives in Germany, the very high costs there and the long waiting time for an appointment led him to look for a solution in Romania. He researched carefully, asked for recommendations from people close to him and, after evaluating several clinics in the country, chose our clinic. The feedback from our patients and the professionalism of Dr. Cazacu Corrado – Specialist in Dento-Alveolar Surgery – gave him the confidence he needed.
Following the consultation, a complex and safe plan for dental rehabilitation was established. The surgical procedure involved placing 6 implants in the upper arch and 4 implants in the lower arch, while preserving part of the dentition that could be saved through treatment.
For the upper jaw and lower jaw:
- Fixed teeth on 6 standard implants (IV sedation without fear, PRF—accelerated healing, CT scan, post-operative kit, temporary restoration)
- 2 x sinus lift
- Wisdom molar extraction
- 2 x Dental extraction
- 4 x Standard IMPLANT
- 2 x Bone grafting, 3–5 units
- PRF – Accelerated Healing
- 2 x Endodontic treatment under a microscope – molar
- Endodontic treatment under a microscope – front tooth
- Endodontic treatment under a microscope – premolar
After a period of 6 months, our patient returned to the clinic for the final stage of treatment. During this visit, the final restoration was fitted: a fixed zirconia set of teeth with a titanium framework. This solution now provides him with natural aesthetics and long-term durability.

Although the procedure lasted over 4 hours, the experience was a pleasant one for the patient thanks to Conscious Sedation. The patient said he was extremely satisfied: he was able to communicate with the doctors throughout the operation, he saw everything that was happening, but he felt absolutely no pain.
Very good communication with the reception staff also made an important contribution to the success of the entire journey. The team’s flexibility allowed for efficient planning, with all appointments precisely adapted to the patient’s schedule and his flights from Germany.

Today, after completing the treatment, his joy is reflected in an achievement that seems simple, but has enormous value:
