Replacing a removable denture with fixed teeth on implants

After his removable denture cracked, our patient, who lives in France, began looking for a safe, long-lasting solution. That is how he came to DentOP, determined to replace his removable denture with fixed teeth on implants.

The decision was not made overnight. For several months, he researched carefully and reviewed multiple dental clinics. A recommendation from Ms. Carmen Tănase gave him an initial assurance of the quality of our services, but what ultimately convinced him to choose us was the clinic’s complete transparency.

The clear presentation of prices, the detailed explanation of how we work, and the excellent communication with the entire front-desk team confirmed that he was in the right place.

Upper jaw and lower jaw:

  • Fixed teeth on 6 premium Straumann implants (Conscious sedation, PRF accelerated healing, CT scan, temporary restoration)
  • 2 x sinus lift
  • 4 x Tooth extraction
  • 4 x Premium Straumann IMPLANT
  • Bone grafting, 3–5 units
  • Bone grafting, 1–2 units
  • 6 x Premium zirconia crown on implant

Following the evaluation, the treatment plan allowed both the placement of the necessary implants and the preservation of 6 natural teeth. As a result, the rehabilitation combined the required implants with the retention of teeth that could be maintained, for fixed, functional teeth as close as possible to the patient’s natural structure.

Even though he arrived with some hesitation, things became clear quickly during the consultation with Dr. Cazacu Corrado – Specialist in Dento-alveolar Surgery. The approach was fully personalized, and three different treatment plans were clearly presented. This allowed him to choose the third one, which was exactly the best option for his needs.

Today, his new teeth provide the comfort and confidence he needed. At the end of the treatment, our patient wanted to leave a sincere message of encouragement for everyone who postpones a dental visit because of fear:

“I was afraid too, but it is good to get past it, because it is a necessary step. Come in, call, explain your problems, and everything will be resolved successfully!”
