Full Rehabilitation with 12 Implants for DentOP Patient from Germany

Our patient from Germany made the decision to come to the clinic in Bucharest after a period filled with discomfort and pain. Dental work completed just two years earlier had begun to fail, causing constant inflammation and mobility in her molars. Having reached the point where she said “enough,” she knew she needed to find a solution urgently.

Although she initially tried to receive treatment there in Germany, the system put obstacles in her way: treatment would take an extremely long time, with extractions performed one at a time and long waiting periods for healing. The pain simply no longer allowed her to postpone. Searching for alternatives online, she discovered our Facebook page. Once she arrived at the clinic, after a detailed consultation, she understood all the stages exactly and confidently accepted the full rehabilitation plan: insertion of 12 implants (6 on the upper arch and 6 on the lower arch). Although an intervention of such magnitude may seem frightening, the reality in the operating room was total relief: “I felt no pain. I fell asleep. I woke up without pain!”

For the upper jaw and lower jaw:

  • 2 x Fixed denture on 6 standard implants (IV sedation without fear, PRF-accelerated healing, CT scan, Post-operative reserve, Provisional work)
  • 2 x Sinus lift
  • Bone grafting 3–5 units
  • 2 x Final work with ZIRCONIA teeth with Titanium structure on standard implants

After a first stage that went very well and a calm healing period, the patient returned to Romania for the final stage of treatment. The inflammation and suffering from before disappeared completely, making way for a fixed, perfectly functional denture.

Today, her face shows only sincere joy, and her words are the best encouragement for anyone postponing their dental visit out of fear:
